What we do
We help small and mid-sized warehouses find where time and money are lost on the floor.
The friction usually sits in the gap between the computer system and the physical work: a returns desk with its own paper log, pick lists corrected by hand, a spreadsheet only one supervisor understands. We look at how work actually moves, then tell you what to change first.
That is how long it takes on average before a return is back on the shelf and sellable. Almost five of those days it sits untouched at the returns desk.
Questions we look at
- How long does a returned item wait before it is back on a shelf and sellable?
- Which orders miss the last truck of the day, and where do they stall?
- How far do pickers walk for your most-picked products?
- Which work is tracked on paper or in Excel because the system doesn’t fit it?
We don’t sell software, and we never need access to your live database. Our advice comes from what happens on your floor, not only from the numbers in a report.
How it works

We audit
We spend a morning on your floor and follow the work from goods-in to dispatch, returns included. We sign an NDA beforehand and turn up in safety shoes and a hi-vis vest. We don’t time your staff.

We analyze
We compare what we saw with what your systems and spreadsheets record, and trace each delay back to the step where it starts.

We report
Within five working days you get a four to six page report: improvements ordered by impact, plus an hour to go through them together.
What it costs
Nothing. The first five audits are free; after that we agree a rate up front. You get an outside look at your operation, with no obligation.
